Welcome to GestorAI ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our AI-powered construction management platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

2. Account Registration

To use GestorAI, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. AI Credits & Subscription Plans

3.1 Credit System

GestorAI uses an AI credit system to power intelligent features. Credits are consumed when using AI-powered features such as Snap Quote, AI Consultant, Document Scanner, and Predictive Alerts.

3.2 Free Plan

  • 10 AI credits per month (resets monthly)
  • Up to 5 active projects
  • Up to 100 documents per month

3.3 Professional Plan ($49/month)

  • 50 AI credits per month
  • Unlimited projects and documents
  • Priority AI processing
  • Custom branding and API access

3.4 Extra Credits

Extra credits can be purchased at any time and never expire. They are used after monthly credits are depleted.

3.5 Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Extra credit purchases are final and non-refundable once consumed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Share your account with unauthorized users

5. AI-Generated Content

GestorAI uses artificial intelligence to provide estimates, recommendations, and analysis. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is for informational purposes only
  • You should verify all estimates and recommendations before making decisions
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
  • You are responsible for final decisions based on AI outputs
  • AI estimates may vary from actual costs

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by GestorAI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, documents, project data). By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, store, and use it to provide the Service.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons with or without notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GESTORAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GestorAI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
